My TOS

You cannot resell my art as prints/stickers/badges or any physical/digital item unless pre states and agreed apon by artist and commissioner

you cannot resell my art as nft or through Blockchain, if this tos is ignored you could be open for lawsuit

you cannot draw over my art for ANY reason

you cannot draw over my signature

if posted on toyhouse please credit me propperly

you cannot claim my art as your own

you cannot crop my signature out or make it unreadable in any way

lineart will not be started untill payment is made in full

I as the artist hold the full rights to the image

if you do not want the image posted publically you need to tell me before I start the work

I have full rights to cancel your commission and refund at any point during the commission

if I cancel your commission you cannot draw over the work done. Or get another artist to draw over the work done/complete it. All the work done thus far belongs to me and you can not use it in any way shape or form once refunded

if you are rude to me in any way shape or form I will cancel your commission and blacklist you

your commission may take anywhere between 2 weeks - 2 months depending on what you buy. Some of my work takes alot of time and I have a life outside of work

do not dm me every day/other day asking for updates. I will update you when I'm ready. If I havnt responded in a couple weeks feel free to give me a poke

I understand your my commissioners but I do not owe you a friendship. I like to keep work and friendship seperatly. If you want to be my friend I would love that but please wait untill your commission is finished

all edits to the sketch are free. If you want a edit to the lineart AFTER it's done. It will cost $5 per edit, this is not negotiable

if you don't have a ref sheet. A "no ref fee" of $10-25 will be added. Due to the added hastle of having to message back and forth for details of the character to get the design correct. this is non negotiable

my commissions are for 18+ only. By commissioning me you agree that you are of age. If you are found to be a minor you will be refunded immediately and black listed

My Drawing Rules/Preferences

I will NOT draw mess, foot fetish, vore, farting, extreme gore, rape, zoo, underage, incest or anything along those lines. Do not even ask I will block you

I will draw hardcore, rope bunny, wet/leaking , hyper, inflation, dominating, ovipos, impreg/mpreg, heavy diaper/abdl kink, hypno, tenticle, bdsm etc. If your not sure just ask and I can tell you if I can do what you requested or not :). All heavy nsfw commissions will have a nsfw commission fee

I will not draw Mecha, centaur, cyborg or anything too overly complicated with mechanics.
